NEW INFORMATION:

Through our extensive investigation, detectives have learned she was traveling in the Maurepas area on August 12, 2015 around 5:00 a.m. It is believed at that time, her vehicle ran out of gasoline. This is the last time anyone came into contact with her. If anyone remembers seeing her, a stopped vehicle or remembers stopping to offer assistance or maybe the use of a cell phone – please contact us at (225) 686-2241 x1 or 1-800-443-7681 x1.

BACKGROUND:

Detectives with the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office still need your assistance in locating 33-year old Stacy Renee Baham (DOB: 3/16/82). Detectives believe she may also use the name Stacy Cook.

She is:

>5'5"

>130 lbs.

>Brown hair

>Brown eyes

>SEE ATTACHED PICTURE

She was last seen in the Gonzales area of Ascension Parish on or around 8/11/15, but was reported as a missing person in Livingston parish on 8/17/15. Her father reported her missing after he learned she left her child with a friend and never returned to pick up the child. Through investigation, it was learned that she had broken up with her boyfriend and had taken his vehicle. The vehicle was found abandoned and out of gas off LA Hwy. 22 in Maurepas on 8/29/15.


Detectives are presently following up on all information and leads concerning this case – including working with law enforcement officials in surrounding parishes.
