The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office, 20300 Government Blvd, PO Box 850, Livingston, Louisiana (hereafter referred to as Sheriff’s Office or LPSO), is interested in prepositioning with a disaster recovery specialty company in the event the Sheriff’s Office may need assistance with disaster response consulting, and or federal and state disaster grant management. LPSO invites interested parties to submit proposals to provide Disaster Recovery Consulting Services. Interested parties are invited to obtain a Request for Proposals Packet from the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office, Attn: Chief Financial Officer Jamie Felder, 20300 Government Blvd, Livingston, LA 70754 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Proposal packets may be obtained upon request beginning Thursday, November 19, 2020, or in person at the above address. Responses to this request must be hand delivered or mailed to the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office at the above-named address in such a manner that it is received no later than 10:00am on Monday, December 28, 2020, by the contact person Chief Financial Officer Jamie Felder. Hand delivery of a sealed response is strongly encouraged, due to the time sensitivity of this request. Late proposals will not be accepted.
